Order Policies

Deposit & Payment
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup or delivery.

Rush Orders
• Orders needed within 3 days or less will include a $25 rush fee, based on availability.
• Same-day and next-day orders are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
• Once your order is completed and handed over, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Changes to Orders
• Any changes to flavor, quantity, or design must be made at least 72 hours before pickup.
• Changes requested after that time cannot be guaranteed.

Pickup Policy
• Customers are responsible for arriving at their scheduled pickup time.
• Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be forfeited with no refund.

Quality Disclaimer
• While every order is made with care, minor variations in appearance may occur since all items are handmade.

Allergy Disclaimer
• Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and chocolate. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Pickup Policy

All custom and pickup orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

• All orders are scheduled for pickup only unless delivery is arranged in advance.

NOTE: Local Delivery is $5 10-15 miles, anything over $10

Do NOT rely on the automatic date shown on the website checkout page.
Pickup dates and times are confirmed directly by BonAppeTreats after your order is placed.

• You will receive a separate pickup confirmation message with your official date, time, and location. Only that confirmation should be followed.

• Customers must arrive at their scheduled pickup time. Please message ahead if you are running late.

• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited with no refund.

• If you need to reschedule your pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.

• Once your order is picked up and handed over, all sales are final.

Shipping Policy

• All orders ship every Monday & Tuesday to ensure freshness.

• Orders placed during the week will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

• Once shipped, BonAppeTreats is not responsible for carrier delays, damages, or delivery issues. Please contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly for shipping concerns.

• Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
